Managing Teams Remotely
Course Description
A recent McKinsey report published in Feb 2021 has found that advanced nation workforces could dedicate 28 to 30 percent of the time to working remotely without losing productivity.
It is clear that from recent studies published by the Office for National Statistics (2021) both businesses and individuals preferred a "hybrid" working approach and a large proportion (36%) of those currently homeworking thought they would spend the majority or all their time homeworking in the future. The demand on the modern manager to mange remote teams has grown since the COVID-19 Pandemic and is likely to grow in the future
This new way of working has placed emphasis on the skillset required to effectively manage teams remotely whilst not impacting on the productivity or motivation of the team.
This workshop will focus on developing the knowledge , skills and behaviours needed to manage to a remote team. The content will focus on the blend of management skills required to
