This Senior Leader Apprenticeship standard has been designed for any individual moving into a senior or strategic management role. This can include General Managers, Senior Managers, Section Leaders, Executives, Directors, COO, CFO, CEO, CIO roles, and senior military officers.
Apprenticeships with CMI offer more than the apprenticeship itself with access to mentoring, support, and learning resources through ‘Management Direct’. CMI is the only professional body to offer Chartered Manager Status* as part of the End Point Assessment.

Entry requirements:
Learners wishing to complete the Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship must possess level 2 Functional Skills qualifications in English and maths or equivalents, e.g., GCSEs at grades 9 - 4/A* -C in these subjects.
